The production process of the sofa release is as follows:
Yarn selection: choose thin and soft silk, polyester and other fibers to ensure the fabric is light and soft.
Weaving: Plain weave or twill weave is used to make the fabric breathable, transparent and shiny. Usually high-end looms are used to control the density and tension of the yarn to ensure the uniform texture of the fabric.
Alkali washing: After the weaving is completed, the fabric is alkaline washed with chemicals such as sodium hydroxide to remove impurities and slurry on the surface of the fabric.
Rinsing: The fabric is rinsed several times to remove residual chemicals and impurities to ensure the quality and safety of the fabric.
Dyeing: Dyeing the fabric, usually by soaking or spraying the dyeing solution, to make the fabric colorful and soft.
Finishing: finishing the dyed fabric, including calendering, ironing, trimming and other processes, to ensure the smoothness and luster of the fabric surface.
